Welcome to our “Lemontree Morning” event where will focus on how to increase efficiency and testing of mobile devices such as tablet- and phone apps while remaining in control of test infrastructure. See how AI is implemented for image recognition. Experiences from previous projects will be the basis of this seminar, which aims to give knowledge how to get started and what to expect when building an app test function in an organization. We will guide you through the process from set-up to simple automation execution on an overview level, giving you practical examples. We will also show the basics of test creation, -execution and -governance together with challenges we have experienced as well as best practices we recommend. The seminar will also discuss the difference between what tool UFT Mobile provides compared to other cloud testing solutions (such as Amazon Device Farm, SauceLabs, BrowserStack o.s.v) relating to infrastructure management for bigger organizations and governmental bodies. An overview is also given about differences in testing iOS compared to Android as well as how emulated testing relates to real device testing.
While going through the demo smart features and functions are shown that can be used to improve the testing lead time as well as increasing test automation coverage. The technology shown can easily be integrated into CICD concepts for easy testing of apps as part of the delivery pipeline. The tools enable organisations to efficiently improve the life cycle of mobile apps. UFT Mobile also enables testing which is hard to do manually by allowing test automation, loading and response times as well as energy consumption.
